EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations concern safety certificates issued under Parts II and III of The Safety of Sports Grounds (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 and:-
1.
prescribe the fees to be charged by a district council in respect of applications for the issue, amendment, replacement and transfer of safety certificates; and
2.
prescribe the time limits within which appeals under Articles 8, 10 and 17 of the Order may be brought to the court.
