PENSIONS
This Order brings into operation the following provisions of the Pensions (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008, relating to contribution notices and financial support directions, on 29th June 2009—section 103 in so far as it is not already in operation;paragraph 4 of Schedule 8, andparagraphs 1, 2, 8 and 15 of that Schedule in so far as they are not already in operation.
EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
