1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Pensions (2008 No. 2 Act) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2009.
(2) In this Order any reference to a numbered section or Schedule is to the section of, or Schedule to, the Pensions (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 bearing that number.
