PART 3 N.I. Matters to be certified by and content of NIROCs

When electricity is to be regarded as supplied to customers in Northern Ireland N.I.

15.  For the purposes of Articles 54(3) and (4) of the Energy Order, electricity which cannot be shown to have been supplied to customers in Northern Ireland is to be regarded as having been so supplied if it has been sold under the circumstances described in [F1 Article 34 (9)] .
