This Order brings into operation provisions of the Pensions (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 (“the Act”).
Article 1 provides for citation.
Article 2 brings into operation on 1st April 2009 paragraphs 1 to 9, 13 and 14 (partially) and 16 to 18 of Schedule 6 to the Act and section 100 in so far as it relates to those paragraphs.
Article 3 brings into operation on 6th April 2009 Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Act and section 80(1) in so far as it relates to that Part.
