Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Health and Social Care (Reform) (2009 Act) (Consequential Provisions) Order (Northern Ireland) 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2009.
(2) In this Order—
“the Order” means the Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001(1).
