PART 23 N.I. INTERPRETATION

“Responsible insolvency practitioner”, etc N.I.

287.  In relation to a bank insolvency, “the responsible insolvency practitioner” means the person acting in the bank insolvency as bank liquidator or provisional bank liquidator.
