Amendment of the Income Support Regulations from the day after the day on which these Regulations are made2
In Schedule 1B10 (prescribed categories of person) to the Income Support Regulations for paragraph 1 (lone parents) substitute—
Lone Parents1
A person who is a lone parent and responsible for—
a
a single child aged under 12, or
b
more than one child where the youngest is aged under 12,
who is a member of that person’s household.
