Citation 1 This Order may be cited as the Welfare Reform (2007 Act) (Commencement No. 7) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008. Appointed day 2 The day appointed for the coming into operation of section 13(7) of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007 (work-related activity) is 27th October 2008. Article 2 of this Order provides for the coming into operation of section 13(7) of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007 (“the Act”) on 27th October 2008.

Section 13(7) defines “work-related activity” for the purposes of Part 1 of the Act in relation to employment and support allowance.
