This Statutory Rule has been made in consequence of a defect in SR 2008 No. 170 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Rule.

The Department of Finance and Personnel, being a Department designated(1) for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972(2) in relation to measures relating to the energy performance of buildings and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the said Act, hereby makes the following Regulations.
