Citation and interpretation 1 1 This Order may be cited as the Foyle and Carlingford Fisheries (2007 Order) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008. 2 In this Order— “the 2007 Order” means the Foyle and Carlingford Fisheries (Northern Ireland) Order 2007; “the 1966 Act” means the Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1966. Appointed day 2 The day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the 2007 Order specified in column 1 of the Schedule for the purposes set out in column 3 is 1st June 2008.
