General Register Office (Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008

The Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 47(1) and (2) of the Births and Deaths Registration (Northern Ireland) Order 19761, Articles 3(3)(b), 19(1)(a), 35(3), 36(1)(b) and (3) and 37 of the Marriage (Northern Ireland) Order 20032, and Section 157(1) of the Civil Partnership Act 20043 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
