General Register Office (Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008

Citation, commencement and interpretation N.I.

1.—(1) This order may be cited as the General Register Office (Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008 and shall come into operation on 1^st June 2008.

(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to this Order as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
