Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

This order may be cited as the General Register Office (Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2008.
(2)
The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 19544 shall apply to this Order as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
