Amendment to the Valuation Tribunal Rules (Northern Ireland) 2007
4. In rule 5 (Notice of appeal) after paragraph (d) insert—
“(e)an appeal under regulation 10(1) of the 2008 Regulations shall be instituted by delivering to the Secretary a notice of appeal in accordance with Form 5 within 28 days of the Department or, as the case may be, the Executive issuing the notice of the result of the review.”.
