This Order may be cited as the Welfare Reform (2007 Act) (Commencement No. 4 and Consequential Provisions) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008.

Article 3 shall come into operation on 1st April 2008.

In this Order any reference to a numbered section or Schedule is to the section of, or Schedule to, the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007 bearing that number.
