SCHEDULE 2 CONSTITUTION OF OPHTHALMIC COMMITTEE

9.  A member of the Committee who is appointed on the nomination of a Board, shall if he is a member of that Board, cease to be a member of the Committee if he ceases to be a member of that Board.
