2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Order is 31st October 2007—
(a)Article 18 (meaning of “disability”) to the extent that it is not already in operation;
(b)paragraphs 2, 26, 27, 28, and 32 of Schedule 1 (minor and consequential amendments) and Article 19(1) in so far as it relates to those entries;
(c)paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 (minor and consequential amendments) to the extent that it is not already in operation and Article 19(1) in so far as it relates to that entry;
(d)the entries in Schedule 2 (repeals) in respect of paragraphs 1(1) of Schedule 1 and 2(1) of Schedule 8 to the 1995 Act and Article 19(2) in so far as it relates to those entries.
