The day appointed for the coming into operation of section 52 of, and Schedule 6 to, the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007—

(a)

for the purpose only of authorising the making of an order, is 19th July 2007; and

(b)

for all other purposes, is 10th August 2007.
