The Street Works (Inspection Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007

The Department for Regional Development1 makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 35 of the Street Works (Northern Ireland) Order 19952 and now vested in it3:

Citation, commencement and application1.

These Regulations may be cited as The Street Works (Inspection Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2007.

Amendment2.

In regulation 3(1) of The Street Works (Inspection Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20054 (fees, chargeable inspections, units of inspection, phases of works and estimated numbers of units of inspection) for “£21.00” there shall be substituted “£24.00”.

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

These Regulations amend The Street Works (Inspection Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 by increasing the fee prescribed for each chargeable inspection from £21.00 to £24.00.
