Amendment
2.—(1) The Special Educational Needs and Disability (2005 Order) (Commencement No 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) shall be amended as provided by paragraph (2).
(2) In the Schedule for the entry “Articles 43 to 48 so far as relating to Chapters I and II of Part III” there shall be substituted the following entry—
“Articles 43 to 48 so far as relating to Chapters I and III of Part III”.
