Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Advice and Assistance (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 and shall come into operation on 9th April 2007.
Revocation
2. The Legal Advice and Assistance (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006(1) are hereby revoked.
Amendment to Schedule 2
3. For the table set out in Schedule 2 to the Legal Advice and Assistance Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1981(2) there shall be substituted the following table –
