Appointed day
2. For the purposes of enabling the Secretary of State and the District Electoral Areas Commissioner to perform their functions under Article 2 of the District Electoral Areas Commissioner (Northern Ireland) Order 1984(1), the appointed day for the coming into operation of Article 3 of the Local Government (Boundaries) (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 is 12th March 2007.
