The Department for Employment and Learning1, being a Department designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722 in relation to discrimination3, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Act, and of the powers conferred by section 17A(6) and (7) of the Disability Discrimination Act 19954 and now vested in it5, makes the following Regulations:
