The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment1, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 361(2) and (3) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 19892 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, with the concurrence of the Department of Finance and Personnel, hereby makes the following Order:
