20. Where an act or omission is an offence under these Regulations it shall not be an offence under Part IV of the Agriculture Act 1970(1) or the Fertilisers Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992(2).
21. The Fertilisers (Sampling and Analysis) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(3) shall not apply to any sampling or analysis of fertilisers carried out pursuant to these Regulations.
