PENSIONS;TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

These Regulations prohibit the making of certain changes to occupational or personal pension schemes unless consultation about the change is carried out beforehand.

The Department for Social Development makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 2(5)(a) and (6), 7(5)(a), 236(1) and (2), 237(1), 238(2) and (4) and 287(1) and (3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 20051.
