JUSTICE

This Order amends the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002 (c. 26) to add the offices of President and Member of the Northern Ireland Valuation Tribunal to:—the list of judicial offices in Schedule 1 to which appointments are subject to selection by the Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Commission; andthe list of judicial office holders in Schedule 6 required to take the judicial oath.
