The Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 82(1), (3), (4) and (5) of the Equality Act 20061 and in all other powers enabling it in that behalf.
Citation and commencement1.
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Equality Act (Sexual Orientation) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006.
(2)
These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st of January 2007.
Amendment of regulation 3 of the Equality Act (Sexual Orientation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 200622.
In regulation 3(4) for the words “or paragraph (1)” substitute “of paragraph (3)”.
