Regulation 15 of the AVC Regulations (Payments by the Department) is amended in accordance with this regulation.

In paragraph (1) for “annuity or lump sum death benefit” substitute “annuity, pension commencement lump sum or lump sum death benefit”.

Omit paragraphs (5) to (8).

In paragraph (10) omit “less any charge to tax under section 599 of the Taxes Act”.
