18.—(1) Schedule 2A(1) to the Superannuation Scheme Regulations (Pension Sharing on Divorce or Nullity of Marriage) is amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In paragraph 4(1) (Commutation of the whole of pension credit benefit before normal benefit age), for “(3)(2)” substitute “(3)(2)(a)”
(3) For paragraph 5(1)(b), substitute—
“(b)the total benefits payable to the pension credit member, including any pension credit benefit, is of an amount that complies with the provisions of paragraphs 7 to 9 of Part 1 of Schedule 29 to the 2004 Act(2) (Lump sum rule: Trivial commutation lump sum) at normal benefit age;”.
