Interpretation

2.—(1) In these Regulations—

“the 2005 Order” means the Special Educational Needs and Disability (Northern Ireland) Order 2005(1).

(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(2) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
