The day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the 2005 Order is 13th February 2006:

• Article 4 to the extent that it is not already in operation;

• Article 5;

• Articles 8 and 9 to the extent that they are not already in operation;

• Article 12;

• Article 15 (together with the Schedule).
