Amendment of the Planning (National Security Directions and Appointed Representatives) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2006

2.—(1) The Planning (National Security Directions and Appointed Representatives) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2006(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In Rule 2(1) delete the definition of “electronic communication” in its entirety and insert—
““electronic communication” has the meaning assigned to it by section 4(1) of the Electronic Communications Act (Northern Ireland) 2001(2);”.
