UNAUTHORISED ENCAMPMENTS

The Department for Social Development makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by Article 1(3) of the Unauthorised Encampments (Northern Ireland) Order 2005(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Unauthorised Encampments (2005 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006.
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of Articles 3 to 9 of the Unauthorised Encampments (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 is 19th July 2006.
