1. These Regulations may be cited as the Gangmasters (Appeals) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 and shall come into operation on 19th June 2006.
2.—(1) The Gangmasters (Appeals) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006(3) shall be amended as provided by paragraph 2.
(2) In regulation 3(1) for the words “Employment Tribunal Chairmen appointed under the Industrial Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004” there shall be substituted “chairmen appointed under the Industrial Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(4)”.
