The Carriage of Explosives Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 17(1) to (6), 40(2) to (4) and 55(2) of, and paragraphs 1(1) to (4), 2, 3(1), 5, 13, 14(1), 15 and 19 of Schedule 3 to the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 19781as so applied and modified by Article 53 of that Order. In accordance with Article 46(1)2 of that Order he has consulted with the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland3 and such other bodies as appeared to him to be appropriate.
