Earnings limits
8. In section 80(4) of the Contributions and Benefits Act(1) (earnings limits in respect of child dependency increases) –
(a)in paragraph (a) for “£165” there shall be substituted “£170”; and
(b)in paragraph (b) for “£165” and “£21” there shall be substituted “£170” and “£22” respectively.
