6. In regulation 1(2) of the Social Fund Winter Fuel Payment Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000(1) (interpretation) in the definition of “free in-patient treatment” for “regulation 2(2) of the Social Security (Hospital In-Patients) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1975” there shall be substituted “regulation 2(4) and (5) of the Social Security (Hospital In-Patients) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005”.
