The Department for Social Development, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 68(2)(e) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1995(1), and now vested in it(2), and Articles 64(2)(a), 200(1)(b) and (2), 201(3) and (4)(b) and (c), 202(1)(b) and (3), 203(1)(b), (4) and (6), 205(1) and (4) to (6), 206(3)(a) and (b) and (4), 207(2), 208(2) and (5), 209(2) and (3), 210(4), 211 and 287(2), (3) and (4) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005(3), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
