The Street Works (1995 Order) (Commencement No. 7) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005

The Department for Regional Development(1), in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 1(2) of the Street Works (Northern Ireland) Order 1995(2) and now vested in it(3) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as The Street Works (1995 Order) (Commencement No. 7) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005.

Appointed day

2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of Article 60(2) of and Schedule 4 to the Street Works (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 in so far as they relate to Article 79 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993(4) shall be 9th January 2006.

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order appoints 9th January 2006 for the coming into operation of Article 60(2) of and Schedule 4 to the Street Works (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 in so far as they relate to Article 79 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993.
