The Department for Employment and Learning 1, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 5(2) of the Education (Unrecognised Degrees) (Northern Ireland) Order 1988 2 and now vested in it 3 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
