Amendment of the List of Wastes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005

2.—(1) The List of Wastes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2) In regulation 2 (interpretations) in sub-paragraph (b) for “Council Regulation (EC) No.807/2003” there shall be substituted “Commission Directive 2004/73/EC(2)”.

(3) In regulation 4(b) (properties and characteristics of dangerous substances classified as hazardous waste) for “R40 at a concentration = 1%.” there shall be substituted “R68 at a concentration = 1%”.
