Amendment of the Contracting-out (Transfer and Transfer Payment) Regulations N.I.

25.  In paragraph 6(b) of Part III of Schedule 1 to the Contracting-out (Transfer and Transfer Payment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) (further conditions for transfer of liability for the payment of a guaranteed minimum pension to, or in respect of, a person who has become entitled to it) for “his widow or her widower” there shall be substituted “the widow, widower or surviving civil partner of that person”.
