Consultation on Transfer of Staff2The requirements prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 16(3) of Schedule 1 to the Order (requirements about consultation to be complied with before a scheme is made by order by the Department) are that before a scheme is made by the Department, each Health and Social Services Board shall consult –athe RQIA ;bevery professional body or trade union known to the Health and Social Services Board as representing the interests of eligible employees; andceach eligible employee.
