Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005

The Department of Education, in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 22(3), 23(1), (2), and (4A), and 28(2) of the Education (Northern Ireland) Order 19961 and Articles 23(1), (2), (3) and (6), and 49(4) of the Special Educational Needs and Disability (Northern Ireland) Order 20052 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
