These Regulations may be cited as the Health and Personal Social Services (Superannuation) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 and shall come into operation on 9th May 2005.

These Regulations shall have effect as from 1st April 2003 except in the case of regulation 7 which shall have effect as from 6th April 2003.
