38. Any payment (other than a training allowance, or a training bonus paid under section 3(3) of the Employment and Training Act (Northern Ireland) 1950)(1) made, whether by the Department for Employment and Learning or any other person, under the Disabled Persons (Employment) Act (Northern Ireland) 1945(2) or in accordance with arrangements made under section 1(1) of the Employment and Training Act (Northern Ireland) 1950(3) to assist disabled persons to obtain or retain employment despite their disability.
