Housing Renewal Grants (Reduction of Grant) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004

The Department for Social Development1, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 472 of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 19923 as applied by Regulations4 made under Article 73 of that Order and now exercisable by it5 and conferred on it by Articles 61, 62(5) and 148(1) of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 20036, and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
