Coming into operation
The Department for Employment and Learning1, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 17(6), 18(6), 19(7), 20(6), 21, 22 and 34(1) and (3) of the Employment (Northern Ireland) Order 20032 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
